Vodafone Usage Australia v1.0.1

I released a small update to Vodafone Usage Australia today fixing a few critical issues causing grief for people on specific plans. Thanks to the people who helped me work these ones out.

As before you can find this app on the Android Market (just search Vodafone Usage)
